How it works?

Fill the form or email us the original dish you want adapted. Paste the recipe, link the menu item, or describe it in a few lines. Add your constraints (gluten-free, vegan, carb-labeled, allergies), portion count, date, and delivery or pickup.
Step 2 —
Get adaptation offer
We return a tailored offer based on your dish. You’ll see the adapted version we propose, what will change and what will stay, plus ingredients and allergens, nutrition per portion, portioning notes, price, and timeline.
Step 3 —
You review
We adjust
You review the offer and tell us if anything needs changing. We then refine the adapted dish accordingly, confirm the final version with you, and only then move into production.
Step 4 —
Cooking & Packing
We produce in small batches with stable portions. Everything is packed and labeled clearly, with the info you need for serving, displaying, or plating.
Step 5 —
Delivering, Notes
& Feedback
We deliver or hand off your order with storage and serving notes. If you send one quick feedback message after, we refine the next round even faster.
