#What is Support Catering?

Support Catering is a service for shared dining situations shaped by dietary needs.

We can adapt a few portions according to your existing menu or prepare the full menu accommodating specific dietary needs.

We work for broad dietary requests such as gluten-free, reflux-friendly, low-protein, celiac-reflux, diabetes-celiac, and other mixed diet requests.

We shape each order around the needs of the group.

We offer clear communication around ingredients, allergens, and nutrition values.

We work with groups of 3 to 100 people.

Minimum notice is 4 days. Earlier contact is always helpful, especially for more complex requests!

Culinary direction
Rooted in Aegean and Mediterranean food traditions
Shaped by time spent across different European food cultures
Adaptation approach
Dishes are translated, not flattened
If a recipe cannot be adapted well, a similar alternative is suggested instead.
Food experience
The goal is to serve food that still feels generous and included in the tables' atmosphere
#How it works
Step 1 —
Send your Request
Send your request by email or through the form, including the dish or menu, the event details, and any dietary needs already identified. Further details can be clarified together if needed.
Step 2 —
Receive an Adapted
proposal
We review the request and come back with a proposal based on the menu, number of portions, dietary needs, and what kind of adaptation is needed.
Step 3 —
Confirm the order
Once the details are agreed on, the order, timing, and delivery or pickup arrangement are confirmed.
Step 4 —
Production & Labeling
The food is prepared according to the agreed plan, then packed and labeled as needed for the event or service setup.
Step 5 —
Delivery of Pickup
The order is delivered or picked up at the agreed time, ready for serving or further handling on site.
