Spring Rice with Asparagus
Basmati rice with asparagus, lemon, and salt.
Yoghurt-Mint Soup
A gentle yoghurt-based soup with rice and dried mint. Contains lactose-free yoghurt and egg yolk.
Rocket Salad with Pomegranate Molasses Dressing
Rocket, carrot, and mixed greens with olive oil and a homemade organic pomegranate molasses dressing.
